Qualifications and experience:     

Essential:

  • A Degree in Business Administration/ Development studies and community development/ Project Planning and Management or a related field.

  •  At least 5 years’ experience working in business-related fields.

  • Experience in Entrepreneurship

  • Experience in training and facilitation.

 

Work-based skills:         

Essential:

  • Initiative, leadership skills, work well with a diverse team

  • Knowledgeable and able to customize information based on the category of trainees.

  • Requires minimal supervision; creative problem-solving

  • Proficient in Microsoft systems and packages (Windows, Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrates strong organizational and personal time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to a quickly changing environment by applying knowledge and experience to solve unforeseen and unexpected problems.

  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all organization information.

  • Good verbal and written skills including excellent written and spoken English.

  • Aged 30 and above years

  • Ability to work with youths in the community based on different skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR TRAINER

  1. Serve as the technical Young Entrepreneur Trainer at the allocated boot camps

  2. Writing reports from the trainings and submitting to the Managing Director.

  3. Training youths with Business foundation
